Cancellation policy

All refunds are handled at the discretion of Trainer Town. Unless the product is deemed defective or is explicitly different from the advertised product, customers may not be entitled to a refund or exchange of any kind. 

Please contact Trainer Town as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Change-of-mind cancellations are not automatic, but we may agree to a cancellation request.

A cancellation fee of up to 2% may apply. The fee will reflect direct costs we have incurred and cannot recover. 

If Trainer Town cancels an order or cannot supply the product, we will refund the amount paid for that product. This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
