How long will my order take?

Order Processing & Shipping Information

At Trainer Town, we’re committed to providing high-quality service. Orders are processed in the order they’re received and undergo thorough quality checks before shipping. At this time, we do not offer next-day shipping or expedited processing.

Processing Time

For in-stock items, the standard processing time is 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, excluding public holidays). Orders placed outside business hours begin processing the next business day. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available.

Shipping Estimates

After processing, shipping times vary by location:

  • VIC – 2-5 business days

  • ACT – 3-5 business days

  • NSW – 3-6 business days

  • NT – 7-10 business days

  • QLD – 4-7 business days

  • SA – 4-6 business days

  • TAS – 5-7 business days

  • WA – 3-6 business days

International orders may take 25+ business days due to customs and transit delays. Express shipping is available, but all orders still require 3-5 business days for processing before dispatch.

Tracking & Delays

You’ll receive full tracking details via email once your order ships. For real-time updates, check your Australia Post tracking link or use the Shop app.

If your parcel is significantly delayed:

  • Domestic orders – Allow 1-2 months before requesting an investigation.

  • International orders – Allow 2-3 months before requesting an investigation.

If a parcel is deemed lost, we will issue a refund or re-shipment.

Public Holidays & Support

Trainer Town is closed on public holidays in Melbourne, including Easter and Christmas. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
